Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to fulfill your request as the order will already be in the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

If you wish to add an item or change the delivery address after 12 hours, you will need to place a new order .

Returns and Refunds

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or abuse. Damaged Items

We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear, or misuse.
